Introduction

Uniphar Groups experienced Human Resource team have developed a range of HR solutions for Independent Community Pharmacy, Symbol Groups & franchise Pharmacies. Our aim is to help you achieve your business goals by allowing you to focus on the business aspect and leaving the people issues to us.

Our Model

We are conscious there is a need in Pharmacies for varying levels of HR support. Needs include contracts of employment and record keeping, to more comprehensive needs such as recruitment, payroll processing, training & development, and performance management.

The following packages have been designed to ensure all Independent, Symbol Group and Franchise Pharmacies will have adequate HR support, with legally compliant employment documentation in place, allowing pharmacies to focus on the core purpose of their existence to ensure success and growth of their business. A benefit already being successfully provided to Allcare Pharmacies.

Furthermore Uniphar Groups HR Team have identified a further area where needs can be addressed. Following recent changes to NERA Inspections, on offer will also be an audit to all Pharmacies or Franchises to outline where you are/or are not compliant. We will then identify areas for improvement and a plan to resolve compliant issues identified. This will be with a view to an introduction our three HR packages.

Our Packages

Level 1 - This package has been devised for pharmacies who require a HR compliance audit. The aim of this is to outline where shortfalls are with compliance as a priority. This package will include a full audit and report outlining options available to allow compliance in each location.

With changes to NERA and the availability of on the spot audits and fines where contracts of employment, record keeping and employee handbooks to name but a few are not issued/up to date, this HR Audit will be a preventative measure taken by the employer.

Level 2 - This package has been devised for pharmacies who require basic HR support, with compliance as a priority. This package will include compliant legal contracts of employment, record keeping and employee handbooks.

Level 3 -This package includes all of the above listed in our level 2 package services with additional value services for pharmacies who require a more comprehensive HR solution such as recruitment & selection, training and development and minimal health and safety.

Level 4 Full HR services from hire to retire The Gold Standard package is a full HR solution package offering HR services from hire to retire - recruitment & selection, training and development, TMS, payroll, IR/ER support, HR admin.
