They are always available for their customers to offer guidance on opportunities and to help pharmacists with their day to day business. The team is up to date on what manufacturer offers and deals are available.
Our sales team are equipped with a state of the art Territory Management System and are the first team to use this system in Ireland. The Arcos system allows for effective territory management, historical data collection and immediate information analysis.

The marketing team works closely with the Sales team to help provide opportunities for pharmacists. A newsletter is produced quarterly and highlights the activities of the Group and introduces new ideas and offerings for pharmacy.

Regional meetings throughout the country are held twice annually. The aim of these meetings is to provide information and training to pharmacies to help them grow their sales and margin. The meeting also contain an accredited CPD presentation.
