Technical Services


We provide an extensive service to companies in the area of regulatory and legislative requirements. Our Quality Assurance Manager, is in regular contact with the offices of the Department of Health, Irish
Medicines Board and GMS. We provide advice and assistance on local regulatory issues including packaging, leaflets and over labelling requirements. We inform and assist our principals with any legislative changes which may affect the status of their products and the introduction of the new schemes at community pharmacy level.
Allphar Services Technical personnel assist companies with regulatory and legislative requirements. Customer and technical queries are answered locally by our pharmacists or customer services personnel and we are always comfortable talking to Surgeons, hospitals, pharmacists, doctors, General Medical Services, the Health Services Executive, The Departments of Health and Children, Agriculture and Food, Irish Medicine Board, Irish Pharmaceutical Union etc.

Customer Services


As our primary objective is based on delivering on the needs of our principals, as a result we have established a dedicated customer service department. This department is structured so that our customers have one point of contact, thus enabling queries and requests to be dealt with in a clear and prompt manner. We also have a Blue Flag System in operation which allows us to record and track all queries from receipt to resolution. Reviews are performed at regular intervals to facilitate effective customer service management. This ensures that a high level of service is maintained and recommendations can be implemented where necessary. In addition, our clients can avail of customised conference and office facilities at our headquarters. There is a suite of managed services available through Allphar, from pay roll to personnel screening and recruitment, to fleet management.

Allphar Services continually strives to improve the organisation and the Quality Management system through the analysis of customer feedback and quality management system data.
