Not only is the team regularly briefed on product developments and sales augmentation in product training sessions, they also benefit from sales training on all aspects of the selling process and personal development workshops covering topics such as motivation and inter-personal skills.

Our sales team are equipped with a state of the art Territory Management System and are the first team to use this system in Ireland. The Arcos system allows for effective territory management, historical data collection and immediate information analysis. The system allows for interactive presentations on current canvass brief and new product information which is invaluable whilst detailing our customers in pharmacies.
